Think I may be visiting A&E in a short while, 32 to 0 in 1 sec thanks to someone who turned straight into my path. Ankle/shin is a bit blue. Thanks to Pete and Tom for derigging and the guy I dont know for carrying the kit up the slipway.

The last day of my summer hols. We had a really good firecast but ended up underpowered on the Formula Again. Still did a couple of fun hours and loads of sailors were out having a good time. Hopefully this Autumn/ winter is going to be a good one and I've got a set of nice Simmer SCR's too. Even thinking about leaving Cornwall at some point for a sail with Simon Hinkley, we might go over the border as  far as Weymouth or even take the ferry cross the mersey to West kirby.

alpa speed as normal but speed comeing out of alpha has increased to 12 .7

pretty bumpy jibeing on my 90 today buy enjoyable got some good runs but not enough

Started out the session on 107 & 7.1 but the wind increased, so decided to go rig 6.4 & 54 speed.. but as soon as i came back out on the water the wind dropped and so then spent most of the day swimming in Langstone Harbour, Nice!
