Awesome sunny and windy day at Swan Bay.. great turnout from the cremasters, southerly busters and a double demerit..Fully lit at times on the 5m and had some great powered up runs..

fairly rough day for me today, hole in board and generally fairly out of shape.

Wow, a full day on the water... its been a while and i'm feel'n it...!

On the water at about 8.30 on a Sunday morning, the only form of religious activity I need on a Sunday.

Wind was pretty solid straight up. The tide teased us a little with the promise of improving as the day progressed and a search for the flat water began.

As usual Red and Jacques lead the way and we picked our way through the maze of the Swan Bay channels and sand banks to find what flat water was available.

Great to get a decent go on the new board although I smashed the nose up pretty bad somehow. Oh well, nothing that cant be poorly fix in an extreme amaturish way.

Red, you got me again today mate but I'm coming for ya. Well done.

Jacques, you're a lime light hog...good work.

Dont know how TK and the rest went...look forward to seeing the results from all.

Till next time...Out!

Swan Bay,

Nice day today sunny warm and windy and the tides even played the game. Found some good stuff but it was short lived, the rest of the day was spent searching. Lots of crew out today good fun, with some nice Banter......

good to see such a good turn out well done and a good effort from everyone with cremaster speeds improving constantly.

got there a bit late after a few drinks the night before. missed the best tide/winds.  was looking forward to using the 5m but wind died off so i rigged the 6.6 m but was over powered most of the time, when the wind came up again, and too lazy to change down. found it a bit gusty on/off on the big sail.

Has been about 5 mths since last sail so no wonder i felt knackered after 63km i'm no kato. Felt a bit timid/soft in the chop but good to get back into it.
