Day 5 Wind didn't fill in but the angle was ok. Just couldn't get that perfect run maybe I should have gone for 5,8 for more power and just aime for 50 but sometimes you gotta gamble. Should be stoked with my PB's but to be honest I feel sick putting so much effort in and you can allmost touch it and you see the wind dipping in front of you when your in the high 51 and feel the finpressure leaving on your backfoot feels like dying. Hopefully we get one other shot at it with stonemoving winds and all hell breaks loose I'm ready. Bring it on baby!!!!!! Big thanks to my sponsors, Especially Z-fins sick stuff and Neilpryde/JP Australia and last but not least Jonker Funsports Renesse. I'm looking for more sponsors so if you can spare me some please contact me so I can continue to stay at this toplevel of competition. For updates follow me on Facebook: Hans Kreisel Speedwindsurfer

Competion day 5 Ludertiz Speed Challenge. Today the windangle was perfect, water was flat, but the wind was not super strong like yesterday. Sailed again a personal best on 5x10 seconds, but not on the 500 meter. I'm sure it can be much faster when everything comes together, for breaking records everything just needs to be perfect. We keep on waiting for this special day and if it doesn't come before i leave next week i had a great experience already and already many personal records in the pocket.

You two flying dutchmen have made high speeds seem normal, you have both lifted the standards to a very high level.  Congratulations to both of you!!!

Wow. Just awesome numbers again guys. You do it with such regularity. Congratulations and hope the conditions allow you to challenge the record. Jacques even has a sneaky Alpha number from the car trip back up the run! Shows how fast you are going to still register the alpha after stopping, loading your gear on the trailer and then being driven back. That's pretty funny. Fingers crossed for you both in the days ahead.

Cheers

Marty
