iS97/iS110, 7.8RBlade, 33/38 CL Sl2 - Lammermoor Beach, QLD, AU E 13-19kn

Started with the 97 but the wind was very up and down with bugger all in close.  Persisted for half an hour but came in and changed up to the 110.  Pretty bumpy conditions as usual but great to get back on the water after what feels like an eternity.  Seem to have lost my sailing mojo as I just couldn't get into the swing of things- if anyone finds it can they send it back Wink.  Surprised with my hour considering it included changing boards.

Clifton Beach, QLD, AU Sunny ,warm blue skies ,turtles everywhere ...

Wind SE 18-22 knots occ gusts higher

Fantastic sail on the RRD v2 90 Viper 34 RSSMk 4 7m2.

Had 30-40 mins on double is just as the tide hit the usable 1.5m mark with some nice lines between the peeling swell .

Great to be on the smaller gear again ...!!!SmileCool

Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Well...finally cracked the 30kts off Holloways...and feels gooood.

Sailed with Tony the truckie and Billy the Kid. Wind measured 21+ knots

in gusts on the beach but could have reached more as we sailed.

Hoppy Bob was there as well and Captain Kel arrived as we had finished packing up.

Few sailors thinking of heading to Port tomorrow.

First up - Stand aside ladies and gentlemen, there's a new King in Town - The Hollow Toad, Mr Fredrick Burkenstein - 30knts your grace....Tongue out. Bloody well done mate. Huge congrats from the Loneragan Clan.

WOW, what sizzling weather we are having. Bright sunshine, 20-25-30 knots and building into tomorrow. Unofficially I let Freddy have his day today. Officially, my little "I'm to scared too" valve didnt help my situatiion at all. Really good to blow some cob webs out though and enjoy the afternoon. Took some time to get the new 6.5 T4 into Holloways mode, but certainly felt a whole lot more comfortable at the end than when I first kicked off. If only I had an IS90 to play with....more to come on that front. Just another task I'm looking forward to getting my hands dirty on.

Off to Port Douglas tomorrow to play in Ed's back yard.

104 Screamer, 6.5 T4 and BPS 37.5

Lake Tinaroo, QLD, AU      Too gusty and wild for me.     Decided to pull the pin while still in one piece.     Shared water with Ian and Dave Cool/Innocent

Port Douglas, QLD, AU Had a quick blast this afternoon wanted to road test new board..Had a solid20 kts on the beach with more out wide, rigged small sail as i was on a board i had never sailed before..Spent the first half hr making friends with it, had a few minor disagrements with it before i got it sorted out ,then went out the back for a good fun blast in a very rough sea, stired up by a fast flowing tide and a very fresh southeast breeze..Board did every thing right and was keen to go hard.. But it was to dam rough to lite it up and see what it can realy do..Sailed till almost dark as i like to do my 70km..Felt like i had done it but pulled up a bit short of the mark, but i think thats because it was so rgugh..Good fun session....   97 lt Isonic 'Turbo Duck' 5.4m Xtype North rig,36cm nitro fin..My wing man Andrew put in a very good effort doing battle in some rather harsh conditions..I see the cairns crew did very well on all fronts..And a pat on the back for 'Fast Freddie',Good one mate...Cheers Ed

Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Nice little high tide sail at the beach after every one else had called it quits, rough as guts but with good wind at the start.

The wind turned southerly and backed off after the first half hr but still had good fun.

Used Isonic 90 overdrive 6.7 and C3 S2 34Cool

Pallarenda, QLD, AU Very light but a chance to wash the dust and cobwebs off the Ray and 7.5 ezzy. Looks like the guys up north got some better wind , to make matters worse a croc has taken up residence at the southern end of or run, needless to say the runs are now shorter.
