started as 15-20kts SE, then built to 25kts+

Great sail with FastSimon!  worked our way upwind in search of flat water which we found at Wello, however the wind kicked in and we were both overdone.  Coming home downwind was aweful. 

Sail was overpowered a touch, but the 75cm wide board was way out of its comfort zone.  Not pleasant.  tailwalking everywhere.

Man the chop, super short runs as just couldn't line up with the gusts & the swells.  Guess was being a bit defensive too, can't afford to break any more gear at the moment.

Should've probably got out a bit early for flatter water but need to sleep sometime.

Lake Weyba, QLD, AU. Same crappy gusty SE as saturday, 0-18kts & back to zero all in a nanosecond. Had one half decent run in a rain squall, gear feels great, just need decent consistent wind, out with Paul & a couple of wave sailors. Futura101/37/7.0 O/d.

sailed from manly and went for a tour around the bay , tried out the new top secret green island speed bank ( hit alot  of rocks would recoment it for the mobonly )  then to lota creek  then to the western side of wello  . thought i might get a run down the creek for a bit but the wind stops pretty much at the entrance of the creek
