That was so much fun. There was a lot of anticipation about the forecast for today so there were a lot of people from all over Aus converging on the Lake last night. Spent all day on my Naish SP60, Koncept 4.9 and tribal speed weed 21. Did a few runs at Cockies and thought it was just too choppy. Went up to 5 mile and found myself underpowered on the run and running out of wind literally half way down it. Went back to Cockies on a white knuckle ride where I could have sworn I was going over the front on 3 seperate occassions. Sat in the water for a bit, did another run then chatted to Larko for a bit. We both said we were done but I decided at the last second to sail back to the drift and I finally got some good gusts and some consistent runs. One more white knuckle NM back to Cockies and I was done. Very happy overall with our trip, I sailed 6 days in a row, got a good haul of PB's and no breakages or injuries.

Fun but hard day at Cockies. Stayed down the bottom between the car park and island and had some fun bear aways but ran out of wind. Pretty choppy but sweet anyway. Had a quick chat to Rexy, did a few more runs and flagged it. Id had a very big off and smashed my shoulder into the boom and was a bit wary. 

Had a 39.03 on the dial so got knocked back a lot but all good. Happy with my numbers in that chop and sailed 5 out of 6 days. Lg at LG.

Falcon 79, Evo V 5.8, custom weedy19. Will use a bigger fin next time, lost it in the chop a lot and scary as.
