Wallis Lake, NSW, AU

Arrived at Wallis and the guys were already rigging. Wind was,WSW-SW and some  at 15-25k with some stronger gusts. Lots of water in the lake made it not very inviting. Made it out to the weed banks and found it weedy and choppy to boot. Managed a few OK runs and decided to call it quits after less than an hour. Bill ,Anton, Pete and Rob out as well. At least Anton was having some fun.79,23,6.2

Had a break and decided to go to Smiths for a look with Pete and Rob. Met up with Geoff and dedided to go out. At least it looked flat and more inviting. Unfortunately the tide was going out and the getting more gusty and holey. A long walk out and managed to chip my new fin a bit, so not sure it it was worth it. Had a few runs and went back. Probably not very rewarding for Pete and Geoff, but we got to try out some gear, so that was OK. Compensatory beer at the end was good. 63,21,5.5
