Thanks James. I was starting at the end of the club jetty and gybing around the black and yellow marker in warners bay which is about as close to shore to shore as you can go. That measured in at about 2.3 km's on google earth. The third run I did was really powered up for three quarters of the run but underpowered at the end dammit. The angle from the jetty to the mark is pretty good you just need to jag it for some wind in warners bay.
