Primbee, NSW, AU Southerly, with a little bit of east in it later in the day. Some parts of the day might have been up to 25 knots.

A just-before-midday start to the session with Terry. A fair bit of non-planing for a start but then a good 15 minutes of wind came through, enabling some fun runs behind the jetty. I did a bit of fiddling with the footstraps that made the board feel even better - I really like the new iS80 - it accelerates like a dream and handles the chop very well. The new Reflex 7 6.2m was on debut and delivered plenty of controlled power. The sail seems to have a lot more shape further forward and more twist at the top. I likeSmile!

To the script the wind backed off over lunch but came back in when we went out again. The combo was feeling better and better. Towards the end of the session I swapped over to the 2013 iS80 to compare designs on the water - this board has been my favourite small slalom board for a few years - no longer! The new one rules the roost. It just feels better with the same fin used, feels more balanced in gybes, and has better acceleration.

A very good day on the water and great sailing with Terry, Tex & Matt.

Primbee, NSW, AU   The SSW came across the lake about 11.00, on the water by 12.00 with the Capt. and 5 kiters, some nice swells

to run, no weed or logs to worry about, wind started moving around, bit choppy out in the middle by then.

Some pretty strong gusts this arvo, out in the middle, slow it down put it in neutral and wait.

Tabou 95l Rocket  Loft 5.9 freeride  [only one GT-31]  Matt and Tex rounded out the team. Darren was kiting!

Sanctuary Point, NSW, AU

A tough session. Windy and a very chaotic lumpy chop today. Started out on the 7.0 and the wind built over the first two hours. Ended up rigging the 6.4 and spent the rest of the session blasting with the Gustbusters. A bit stuffed now.

Some good numbers in there guys. Wish I had more time to come over and play. I was having a ball out in the middle.
