Manly, QLD, AU. 99 Falcon / 7m R8 / 34 drake. First time with the new sail.  Dredged to wello not enough wind to get planning. Wind only seemed to be close to the bayside.

A very late and lonely sail at Yamba, NSW, AU. Huge gusts but huge holes too. Took the 114 out and glad I did, as there were some nasty holes in the wind. Typical Yamba, dredging out of gybes, then survival mode, getting lifted seconds later. Once I got a decent speed on the 114 I went in and got the 90 but it was lighter by this stage and I didn't get a good run on it. At one point a fishing boat was cruising right next to me and filming with a phone as I went up the bank, he followed me back down the speed run but couldn't keep up. They shot back over towards Iluka after that so I never got to meet them. Hopefully the footage shows up somewhere. This is my pb for this board, fin and first time with this sail. Just wish I could have got there earlier.
