Left the speed board on the beach and had a blast! Nice to be well powered up on the 6.2. Crazy busy with boats, jetskis and sailboards all shreading the flat water.

Marginal wind while I rigged. Picked up 5 knots just before I hit the water. Overpowered but fun in the Wello chop in a 18kt SEer. The speed run was very bumpy but it was great fun to commit with a straight front leg on the bearaway. I had a rest and then went our on my bump and jump gear when the wind went 20+ and the incoming tide ruined any semblance of flat water. A good turn out with Vando, Davo, Jemo, Chris, Kev and Julian practicing his gybes on his 7.8 and 107 in 20+ wello out the back swell. Impressive!
