Kel was rigged when I arrived. First run I was fully powered and then it progressively dropped off. Good fun though.Smile

Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Little sail at Holloways with Pete, as usual it was nice and windy on the first run out then it went to pus.

Pushed upwind to Machans beach in a gusty 15 to 20, then it died back to a constantly shit 5 to 15.

Dredged back in with the board under water for the last 10mins, Undecided

Used Isonic 90, Overdrive R6 6.2 and Tribal Sw29(should have used the 107 and 7.8 that were in the car)Embarassed

Port Douglas, QLD, AU

A big, fat breeze greeted me this afternoon after I snuck out from the jobs list and spent an enjoyable hour or so playing with the kitesurfers.  Had my 7.2 Fusion cranked down tight and plenty of tension on the outhaul - went with the big board, isonic 133 and 46cm freeride fin.  Put the mast base back about an inch to smooth things out.  Had plenty of good, solid wind.  When I arrived, Ben was just finishing off - he had a couple of hours out there having fun and soaking up the mid winter sunshine - beautiful day.  I am getting a bit of condition lately - taking advantage of the plentiful good=quality breeze there is going about.  The week ahead is looking pretty promising as well.  Life Is Good.

Exocet 135 Severne Convert 6.7 Speed Slider 45

Enjoyable session at 4 mile beach.  Steady wind, choppy water.  Practiced some of Freddo's advice.  Nailed some water starts which brought a smile to the dial.

Had a quick chin wag with Andrew as he was rigging up for a late afternoon sail just after I had packed down.

Nice going Benny. Water starts make life so much easier and more enjoyable. It is great to see you progressing and posting your sessions. As much as we look at competition with others in my opinion the most significant competition is with yourself. The Costco has enabled me to see my progress or otherwise in the six divisions. It has been a great enabling force in my slow improvement.

Great alphas Cam and Troppo. Hope you get out to Arlington during the week Cam. Bob was charming me with tales of Green Island and Arlington today. One day I shall make the pilgrimage.

Wow i missed the spell correction. Who knew GPSTC would be changed to Costco. There are times when i despair with the inability of computers including phones to do some basic tasks.
