Green Island, QLD, AU Great day on the island in brilliant sunshine with both the Eastern Run working  for the morning session & the Northern Run working for the afternoon session .Great to see so many Good sailors on the water ...!!!

Used the M112 North Warp 7.7 Tribal SW 35 but as the day progressed it became obvious that something was seriously wrong with the board .It transpires the entire undersurface had delaminated -agghhhrrr.

Dont fancy the prospects for a successful repair so considering options at present ...

Kaleb ,Byron,Kel & Steve were all on fire today so the Slalom Nationals should be an interesting event .

Lots of smiling faces today ...

Foolishly didn't  take my 8.6 Overdrive as Ithought it would be too big, would have been ideal. Looking forward to Monday.

Awesome morning sail - absolutely loved it.

Great sail with Billy and Ben today at Holloways. First sail for a while and gps froze.....took card out of gps before the

trip home and managed to get some of the results.....sometimes 'you get that'. Billy sailed very well and Ben is 'learning/

improving with every sail. Maybe another outing tomorrow......see how the body feels.

Another great winter's day in Paradise...  Fun little afternoon session with Billy and Freddo after a 3 week gap between sails- Nice to get back out on the water again!  Didn't take the plaque off my teeth in terms of speed, however nailed some more water starts in practice and had a few nice controlled planing runs.  Super low tide seemed to smooth out the Holloway's moguls.  

Hopefully some wind stays around for tomorrow!

Lovely little sail out at the beaches with Fred and Ben. 13-15knts witgh the heavier stuff out wide, although it did fill in nicely all the way to the beach in the last hour. Fred was on fire, dancing around with his 6.6 and I must say, all things considered, took home the bacon. Benny looks like he had a another great time on the water with another bag of PB's. Well done mate. I think sometimes I forget just how tough it was in the beginning myself.

I want to wish all the competitors in the Nationals next week all the very best and any one who is heading to Michalmaes today, you wont regret it. It is a sensational little part of our Windsurfing world up here in FNQ. Take care all.
