Got to Primbee at around 9.30, no wind, nudie waiting for it, wind started to fill in was going to rig a 7, nudie said its coming, and changed to the 5.6, glad i did. As it was full on today. Very gusty and stong. Awsome watching detlev and bushy bear away. Was pumped to get my 30knts +2, has taken me a year and half to get there. Was going to go out again, but the super unreliable Gw 60 watch, that has just been replaced has lost the display AGAIN!!!. Hopefully i can get another one under warranty 3rd time lucky. Good day out with the crew see you out there tomorrow..

A short sail over lunchtime. Some strong gusts, but some good sections of flatish water. Water height was pretty good too.
First time on the speed board this year - great fun but truthfully quite hard on my arms - must have had the death grips!.
Sail & fin worked well.
Good fun sailing with Tez, Nudey, Jetlag and the rest of the crew.

30kt max on the shore meter. Some of those gusts were pretty scarey, straight line running for the
old fella. A few tree branches and the crab pots still out there.
Tabou 95l Rocket NP 5.8 Evo7 tomorrow might be a bit calmer.

Congrats to all the PB'ers and to the smoking 2 sec Bushy, you were flying.
I had a tonne of good runs but lots of water today so quite choppy. I few white knuckle rides but only one stack thankfully.
Great to see such a group out midweek.
iSonic W49, Loft RB 6.3 then Simmer SC Speed 5.8, Unifiber Antiweed 25. First time using the Simmer SC, felt great for the hour I used it. Need to tweak things a bit to get better cam rotation on this mast. Otherwise bomber straight outa the bag.
See you all Friday I hope !!!

2656 days ago 1 categories Well that was an arduous task extracting todays tracks from the GT31 memory. Mental note never to eject the SD card while the GT31 is still on.
Early shift - 6:30 - 7:45am. Fanatic Falcon 80, North RAM F8 6.3, MUF Delta XT 20. All on my lonesome....
Super deep and choppy as all hell. Not sure if it gotter better / shallower through the day but some of the bearaways were just terrifying into 20-25cm chop.
On the bright side -experienced another sunrise from on the water while a rainbow shone out from the other side of the lake.
