Coal Point, NSW, AU. 5.6 Hucker 110 Naish. Good while it lasted. Not sure where/why the wind went but it died in the arse big time. Poor Hugo, Andy and Greg had to do the nasty slog back from the sand islands, not fun.

I moved the footstraps inand forward a bit and what a massive difference it made to control during jumps. So much fun.

Coal Point, NSW, AU

isonic 90 and 7.0

Cruised over to the islands to find it was going off big time, unfortunately the tide was running out which made for some horrible chop.

Way over done with the 7.0 for a few runs then it switched off and had to dog back to Coalie.

18-22kts NNE Peely Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU

 6.6m KA Koncept - 87ltre isonic - 24cm Fangy Fin

then 79ltre falcon - 25 BP50weedspeed ( 20cms)

Went for an hr attempt.. Bit disappointed. I thought I'd got 19+..Oh well..It's still a location PB and my 2nd best. FF was great in the chop so I was game to go for it plus worked well in the flats.

Hard day at the office..One day I'll do a lovely reaching hr..Undecided

Stopped twice - my adjustable outhaul gave up the ghost at the 40min mark and pinged to the end of the boom Undecided so I stopped and just pulled the sail on and left it  plus I stopped for a drink..didn't drop a gybe and did a few ones that were good for me..got them on film too..Laughing

What a terrific way to spend a crap 39 degree day ( at home)..Tongue out

Buggered by the end of it but came in , fixed the outhaul and took out the smaller board. It had died a bit by then so it was hard work in the underpowered bits and my shoulder was complaining ( no worries powered up..Smile ) . I didn't have the energy to sail properly or the strength to go for the gybes..Frown Heart went well..Cool

Nice to have rigged ok for once..Disappointed with the 2 sec..I got a few powered up bearaways and actually got lifted on the entry to one so expected better..Undecided

Paul, Pugs, Milsy , Pete, Frothie ( think a few PB"s are due there..Wink), Gary , Tibor , Matt , Wayne plus others ( sorry I'm brain dead..Laughing ).

Good bit of wind at Peel st.  Could have used my 90L but had only my 100L with the 7m... still good fun!!!...after all, warm wind warm water ..what else do you want!...yes, a better result!

Sue, I always find the hour seems about 2 knots faster than it turns out to be. Must be all the speed lost on the turns.

Anyway, congratulations, a PB is a PB and an hour one is hard earned.

Thanks. Anita I was all excited when I read 19.67 on the clock after what I thought was an hr..not quite sure when I started ( seniors moment) but knew I'd have to wait and see.The other 17 plus was on L G with nice long runs. This was much harder.

Thanks Pugs.Hope your back recovered. I  don't know where you guys find the gusts in the flats. I'll have to stalk you..Wink

Fangy I'd love to see what the 20cm can do.I  think  I'll be getting  the 24cm.😊

I didn't think but when I came in for the smaller gear someone else could have tried the 24 FF.
