X (4599km): Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU F2 vegas 126, Sailloft cross 7m, 2 x delta XT-50 16. A very short sail today. The colder weather caused my balls to srivel up. I was over done on the 7m in the gusts and whe I saw 34.5 on my watch I though I had a pb so decided to head back and not spoil the pb with a big wipe out. unfortunatly that was only 1sec and my 2 sec was not enough for a pb. Hopefully I will have a longer session tomorrow.

Matt D (31092km): Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU Quick session after work with Johnny, everyone was in when I got there. Fun afternoon a little undone should have taken the 7m. CA SP50, Simmer 6.3m and Delta 18. | ||||||||||||||||||

Frothie (4243km): Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU. ( CA 180L, Simmer 7.0m, Kestral 24. Went out trying for some redemption from Sundays broken mast and later awkward controlled stopped which hurt my good knee. Well the answer is NO I still felt sore and very uncomfortable today!!!!!! However the gravy came from watching some of the best sailors going around make difficult conditions look completley comfortable! Johnny, Byron, Hugh, Pugs, Andrew, Micko (41.5:) , Gareth, Bruce, Mike, Gergio and the ever young champion Glynn! (I probably missed 10 others and appoligise in advance) The one thing in common with all these sailors is the control they had in what I call difficult conditions!! Total respect to all! Today's disapointment can only be tommorrow's VICTORY!!! |
