Well....it was a good time to find out my limits. Used the 7m with the foil 14-18 knots of breeze at Marmong. However, it was worth it.

Shame that it was bit of a crazy day with the wind all over the place. Too much then too little..Still it was worth it...

Exocet RS6, TR8 7.0, Vmax 43 - Wind S 15-18 knots

A good sail in a fun southerly at Marmong.

Rathies, NSW, AU. 5.6 Hucker, 110 Naish. Gambled on the dodgy wind and weed and it sort of paid off with a very short but fun enough sail.

windy when I got there droped but came back in after I had changed out of wetsuit so put it back on and went out and had good sail. good to see half a dozen young teenagers sailing there.

17-23kts SSE ( 21-28kts home strength)Lake George, SA, AU

5m OD - 80ltre isso-23 gun 50 degree weedie

I was writtten off this am. I didn't think i had a sail in me but it ended up being the most enjoyable sail so far..I was powered in the gusts and comfortable in the lulls at first. I didn't try many gybes as it seemed too strong but when I did surprised myself at how easy they were..

Sailed from 2-5pm. It finally got good at 5pm but I was buggered..I was after a 5 x 10 but it wasn't strong enough..still in my top 5..

What a difference a week makes! A week ago I would havebeen scared stiff but I'm getting used to the board having a spaz attack under me and found myself singing and even yeehaaing going upwind powered in the chop..

Today was speed run day. I wanted at least 5. I got right up to the top of the run several times. The first few times, although it was very strong in the middle chop it was a very broad bearaway and I had nothing! It only came in right at the end when my go pro card was full and I was buggered..Laughing

Big weedbeds in the lake now but boy they are thick! It's a pity you need a decent fin for the 1'rolling chop or you could use a smaller one for the weedbeds..about 6'rolling chop in the bearaways ( except for the flat super thick weedbed in front of 5 mile..)

Absolutely stuffed tonight but happy as . Frothie left his big standup Taj Mahal tent for me..just in time I was so sick off the little crawl in one..UndecidedSmile

Only issue is it's got more windage..hopefully it won't bliow away..Wink
