Very gusty and a bit choppy with the run out tide.

The best I could manage. Man, that was a tough short session. Couldnt get the hang of the local conditions. Very gusty breeze - 2 knts - 25knts, almost balistic out the back near the sand bar. Fully tough conditions, even the locals struggled. Apparently SE is not the best breeze, it ends up coming in overland before hitting the water hence the ballistic stuff out the back. No chance of any thing resembling an alpha and my HR was atrocious due to many stops in the shallows to catch my breath - so unfit!!!! Still great to be out in mother natures finest.

Caught up with and had a great chat with the local sailors late in the arvo and looking forward to the easterly conditions that is promised.
