2148 days ago Gosford, NSW, AU Caroline Bay. JP Magic Ride 118 Sailworks NX 7.1. Promising 15 knot NE for the first 15 minutes then it started dropping. Gave up when I couldnt plane any more. Savage chop while we had 15-18 knots NE. Had some fun. Sailed with my old friends Lyndon Bauer and John Doolan. Both foiling. John is probably too modest to say but all the Smugglers should know that John, one of their newest recruits is the current National Raceboard and Windsurfer One Design champion. John also won the Raceboard Nats in 1988. Thats right 1988!! (Same year I won the masters in the Bicentenial Classic.)
