Thought I might get away with a pointer at Safety Bay today as there didn't seem to be much weed around yesterday, wrong

Plugged in the weedy & all good, took a little while to get the gybes right after being on pointers for so long.

Gybing practice in the rough stuff with Tom, Charles & Sue, great fun day.

Looks like 40km is my limit these days

Some epic gusts at the end as the wind went SSW. Mainly straightline across the wind sailing today, getting used to prolonged speed again.

Happy with control during gybes, just too wide at the moment.

Good to have an amber ale and a laugh afterwards.

Pretty cruisey day with quite a few out...beers at the end were good...

And as usual for me at Melville recently, my best NM had a gybe half way through...just can't seem to get a good long blast of consistent breeze...
