Green Island, QLD, AU

Short session after delivering gear to the Island for the Nat's.

Sailed the Northern run with Cam, tide not quite low enough for the reef to expose making it choppy and exiting trying to go fast!

used 2019 Isonic 63, Overdrive R8 6.2 and Drake DW 32Cool

Green Island, QLD, AU Great day on the Island again in 20-25 knots .Eastern Run ran out of water very quickly this morning so we then had a 2 hr wait to get onto the Northern Run .

Wind picked up a few notches but water state was terrible -brutal chop /scary bear offs  but exciting at the same time .

Used the JP slalom /speed 60 ,NP Evo 10 7m2 /Tribal delta 18 morning & tribal SW 29 in the afternoon .

Lach & Kel sailed alongside as well .

Good fun ...!!Cool

Fred, B2, Pete Clifford and GI Joe (Rob from Brizvegas) for company today at the Wallow Hole. Started of a very nice 15 ktr' and built steadily into 20 with some bigger blasts coming thru on occasions. Well over done on the 7.8 and the seas turned into a churned up lumpy mess with the incoming tide.

Still, sun was out, breeze was all the way to the beach and every one enjoyed them selves. Got to love FNQ.

Used: WT72, BPR475, 7.8 ODR4...soon to be retired from National Service Smile

Super fun little afternoon session in the mud pit with B1, Freddo, Peter & Rob who is up on holidays soaking up the warm weather, tropical surroundings, superb ocean temperatures and blue skies! Cool - Nice to meet you Rob!

Had to head out a bit to find the wind line at the beginning of the sesh, but it didn't take long for the wind to fill in along with the swell, chop & tide.

Freddo was blatting around with his usual prowess, B1 & Peter were both warming up in readiness for the Nationals & Rob looked like he was having a great time sailing at another new location in FNQ.

A smaller rig combo would have been interesting towards the end of the sesh, but didn't have the energy or forethought for that...

Great to read fun sessions were had off GI!  Bugger about the GPS Freddo!

Used "Big Woody" Futura 124, Severne OD 7.8 R6, Venom 48

"Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"
