Green Island, QLD, AU Windy day on the island with gusts reaching 30 knots.Sailed the morning session which was super rough -too much water on the run.(needed ~ 30cms less) Cry

Used the Jp 2019 60 w Evo 11 6.4 ( first time ) & Tribal SW 27-Really good combo for the conditions .

Kel/Reuben/FreddiE B & GAZ all made the effort -was great to see so much color on the water .

The Evo 11 is a beast -so light & powerful -stoked ...!!

Had a couple of half hearted NM attempts & a couple of alpha attempts but to no avail ...Yell

Got cold & a had moments of fear today so struggling with mojo at the moment -all these God Damn meds are messing with me ...!!Cool

Gaz looked after me like a king....lent me his 5.8 sail, compatable mast and fin...then he set it all up for me.

First run out ....about the only bit of gear that was mine was the boom (other then the board) and it broke...

thought I'd broken a harness line initially but....drifted back to the island. Think I must have damaged it last

sail with Gaz going over the front hooked up.

The Doc offered me booms and sails etc and encouragement but declined and thought I'd take a some video

of the lads with Rubiens camera.....couldn't even do that properly....arse over head on the rocks and cut my knee/leg.

Tonight tried to recover my 26.55 gps display/file....no go!!

Anyway the boys were at it pretty much all day and certainly looked the goods not only on the speeds but the gybing was

very nice considering the conditions...not as good as we all thought. great effort guys and nice pb's Rubien..you worked

for them. Gaz,thanks the effort....appreciated.

Holy Crap...and just like that, its straight to the top of the leader board. Insane. It was honking in town all day, so I can only imagine how windy it was out wide. Binny, well done mate, insane effort. Supurb Captn's effort Kel and well backed by by your trusty side kick, Kortizone Kam Laughing
