1889 days ago Mallacoota, VIC, AU Goodwin Sands was fun today with our first summer southerly for the season. I rang Issac but he didnt believe me and sailed in the surf in Eden. He got a PB with a 198 beats per minute heart rate trying to get out through the surf. A lot of fun with water levels good and wind direction SSE which was good. I used a 21 DElta which doesnt give me much confidence but it got me in the shallow water so cant complain.

1889 days ago Eden, NSW, AU surf sail today F.... wind in the break. well what can i say Vonpat you have kicked my arse in all 6 codes i should have come down to coota...... May be Globing Worming has given us GWS back even Chinerman going to come out of retirement, if GWS stays out like that, and and as far as the hart rate goes i have not quite hit the 200 yet 198 getting colse, if the 200 bpm happen i hope RED is there so he will have to give me mouth to mouth. thats his job.... nice PB young Fella
