Long day in a choppy and gusty Ne'r. Set out to get a good distance, hr, alpha and Nm today and considering the conditions I'm fairly happy, completing the day using only one rig, one board and two fins.

Disappointing, after such a big forecast.
Lured onto the 6.3 warp and 104l Falcon by the forecast, and joined Dezza, Tezza, Nudie and the Jet out there. Unfortunately, the breeze promptly halted and I did the 'swim of shame' about 300m back to standing depth on the weed bank. One interested tinnie came past to check me out but I must have looked like I knew what I was doing because they didn't offer assistance. Wind gradually filled back in to a patchy NNE so did a bit of gybing practice with the Jet since we were wet and rigged. A shame to have burnt brownie points on such an ordinary sesh!.

Jetlag (10627km):
1579 days ago Dodgy NE @ Primbee, NSW, AU. After much head scratching with Tezza, Dezza & Nudie, hit the water around 2pm. Water was very low, so a long slog to get out into both the wind and water. A few fun runs but generally underdone on the 7.1. Eckers came out and unfortunately it dropped even further. Gun GSR 7.1, Naish SP95, UFO 34/40.
