A wet and wild day at Primbee during the peak of the east coast low with Jetlag and Craig.

Unusual ESE offshore wind direction - betweeen 5 and 40 knots depending on which gusts snuck over the treeline and down onto the water.

First time ever windsuring in swimming goggles, and the were awesome.

Deep, deep water, and rising.  SS Lake Log may have departed our shores by the morning.

Well that was......different!! As Eckers said, 5-40kts, if you didn't like the strength or direction, just count to 10. I was itching to get my new purchase CA44 wet, so took it out anyway. It never stopped raining either, not for a second. To complete the day of firsts, also the first time that I've torn off a bootie whilst being catapulted in harness. Luckily found it!! Wish I'd thought of goggles like Eckers and Craig, the pelting rain bloody hurt. Still had a few fun runs in the very short and sharp gusts. CA44, Gun GSR 5.6, UFO 20 then 24.
