Primbee, NSW, AU    A strong and gusty W to WSW down at Windang, lots of over 30kt and a couple of 40kts on the green pole.

Take off from the shore with a big high tide but a bit choppy in places. Good turnout of sailors but - - -

how did the Sydney Bros. get past the Wollongong Border Patrol.

                               Rocket 95   Zeta 5.0

Fun arvo @ Primbee. Got there close to two and there were too many cars in the carpark, so MT, Matt and I relocated to a different carpark. Was quite a good spot to rig actually. Good to hit the water and clear the head from all that's going on. Went for the 18cm fin first up, but it was too small for the choppy conditions, changed to the 20cm for much better control. Rigged the 5.6 which was too small much of the time but on the money when it filled in later on. Quite a bit of standing around but that's usual for Primbee. Didn't even attempt a nauti as there were so many holes. Carbon Art W44, Gun GSR 5.6, UFO 20/50/10

A good day for me. First real powered up session on the speed kit for several months. Disappointed I didn't get the NM working but really happy with the Alpha.

5.8 evo7, 46cm speed board Neil, new 21 cm G10 weedy.

AB 78L, 5.5m Mach 1, MXR 24 Speed & Delta XT 18.

A bit rusty but great to catch up with folks again in some good westerly conditions and with no steamer required.

Nice Going Gents - great scoring from the big hitters in the team.  Was it just paranoia or were you genuinely worried about the 'congregation' at the boat ramp and the risk of fines?

PS - your secret launch spot now isn't so secret since you all left your GPS' on for the walk back to the cars!!
