Seems there was 40 knots everywhere other than the glass off we had in Bunbury.
It was great to catch up with everyone and the lack of wind meant I had time to fix Lombok's flat tyre in between gybes!!
Sorry Dennis, skunked two days in a row at bunbury, trust me, it gets WAY better but today was just not that day. Zuls, good effort without leaving the warmth of the car!! great to see everyone, great turnout, Dave, Dennis, Lachy, Zuls, Lombok and Stretch.
Not a nice day for a drift but thats what the majority was like. Good call Jonski, Buffalo Rd would have been v v average.

What a forecast, what a forecast, what a forecast, what a FIZZER!! Bloody hell, all we wanted was half of the forecast in Bunno but 12knots was pushing in.
Out with Steve, Dennis, Stretchyman, Vic, Lachy & Zuls having the morning away from chores. I actually had a hoot with lots of laughing & banter going on.
Vic spent alot of time in the distance where the wind 'WAS' while we all struggled to find bullets & them ride them. I chose floaty boaty & then a sail for when she came in while i should have rigged big for the now. 7.7 would have been very nice for the majority of my time on the water (99%groveling). Anyhow I managed a couple of nice runs that actualy gave me a number thats ok although it was a long cold sesh for not much distance.
Everyone left leaving Steve and i drowning our sorrows waiting for the front to come in and when it did we thought oh shit, but we need not have worried. 3 tacks then slowly home from calming glassing water. The birds returned mermaidens stayed away (too cold) and flying debris settled. Im cold lets go home!Yup!
