1553 days ago 1 categories N/NE to N/NW: Began day with a foil on the full tide and quickly realised how out of condition I was for it. The Naish SL 5.8m2 sail was a tad too large for this foiling sesh. Could've dropped to a 5.0m2 to practice gybes safely.
Then the wind picked up. Swapped the foil for a FIN. Scuttled a tuttle on very first run line into shore. Would have been funny to watch me go A over T. Fortunately, no significant damage and sailed on. Looks like Vando found the same tuttle and smashed up his finbox in the Patrik.
Was quite a blast as wind strengthened. Managed to hang onto the SL 5.8m2 for the entire sesh. Plenty of grip with a big fin, tho could've gone a 36 or 34.
To end the day, the GW52 would not turn off. Tried drying my fingers, but no go. There has to be an easier system..
