Mackay, QLD, AU

Great start to the weekend with a morning sail with a nice breeze, starting at 15 then filling in to a nice 20kNts as the tide dropped. First sail on the Fox105 6.5 Ezzy Lion combo and felt really good from the get go. Just couldn't upset the thing no matter how hard I pushed it. Only problem with having a board that cuts through waves like they are barely there, is that when you line up a ramp for a jump, it wants to cut through it rather than launch like a FSW would. Anyway, happy with the purchase allround.

Next sail hopefully at Weyba or Cootharaba over the Xmas NY break. Cross fingers for a bit of breeze.

A fun, short session at the Mud Pit with B2, until the fitness gave in. My goodness, i dont reckon ive felt that unfit before Surprised. Seriously underdone. Any ways, you just gotta have a crack when the opportunity arises. That was a very good start to the weekend. Not Lilacs good (those guys over in the west are just havin a ball) but pretty reasonable none the less.

B2 was having a red hot gybing session today. It was really good to see the improvement as the session went on. Two Thumbs Up mate.

Used: Windtech SB72, 7.8 ODM2, 46 Tribal Mk1.

Holloways Beach, QLD, AU

Wind a little patchy/squally but ended up being a super fun little arvo sesh off the mudpit with B1!  Enjoyed some shorter runs with plenty of gybing practice.

Soooo good to get back out on the water after a few weeks off!!! Cool

Combo felt nice today Smile

Maybe more tomoz if the L foot behaves...

Used the Jag 125, Severne OD 7.8 M2, BP Sabre 42.5

Well what a cracker of a day that was. Forecast looked very good but there was still some doubt because of all the forecast rain. Turns out it just got sunnier the further North I went! So worth the drive up today. Beautiful day at Burrum. Clear water, blue sky and heaps of white caps. Sailed with Geoff and Steve from Hervey Bay, Jayson and Clive from Bris and Dave and Merena. The 2 hour drive home went in a flash. Great memories.

RRD 98,6.2 R8. Wind dropped a little so went for 1 run on the RRD 114/7.0 as everyone came in

Happy Days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
