Another great sesh after work. I am not sure what moves faster the old giant turtles or my old lab.

Warm water and very pleasant conditions, although the wind was not always consistent. Good to get wet after doing a gym session earlier in the day.

Nice sunny day, had to get out. 

Had a great run with Vando out near the middle marker, huge old school sailboat looked like a battleship. Had a huge crew onboard. Was good fund sailing right to it and then back to Wellington Point on a NM. Out with Mickey, Glynn, John and Jay foiling and Davo; then later Vando, Shane, Mark, Nick and some other fellas. Got some kms up which was good. Too light a day early on to reach the 100kms it seems.
