Mark Hayford (6908km): Haha, my shortest speed session ever. On the first run, my ruptured patellar in the right knee was hurting in the rolling chop and I just didn't feel safe, so opted to do just a few runs a finish early. Good turn out of UK speedies, Jim flying as usual and Scott had a great success on his first trip to WK. I think a few PB's where earned today, well done to every one who got them. Was fun.
