Thanks Izaack.  It did not come easy!  Over 300 kms tihs month of just trying alpha after alpha after alpha, analysing technique ( thanks Sailquick), which directiion, angle of attack, set up speed, shape of turn, exit, finishing off, boards, fins etc etc  crazy amount of energy went into it. Probably 100 alpha attempts.  I had alot of time at lg without team mates so focussed on my world ranking score.  see you on the water some time!!

and again sorry that I cut off a few speed sailors off yesterday. ! I did really try to not to time it wrong but there was literally 20 sailors going down the speed course and you had to wait for a turn.

Thanks Woody !  you were my motivation !  you pushed the boundries of alphas towards numbers we couldnt believe.  I guessing /hoping this will start a bit of a surge towards pushing all of the 6 discplines of speed.

It's been great to get my arse kicked right here, up front and personal from all of the interstaters. when you sail on the same water it's a great leveller and inspires me /you to reach new levels.
