Trousers (14352km): el Bog, sou-souwester gusting to 20kt. Bit up and down but got the LG crud off my gear. 7.0m Mach Four, iSonic98, Sabre 35. Then 6.2 Mach One, iSonic, Volt 30cm, but too small so stepped it up to BBPR32.5. Some good TOW today.

Captain bogan (50569km): Lake George, SA, AU 13 to 18. Day 1 with cock and alot of interstate crew - great to catch up for the usual laughs 😂. Started out light headed to 5 mile and was light so decided to head to the spit. A little better but rigged the biggest gear I had for the 20 knot forecast. Borrowed cocks 112 rrd as I left my 115 at home and was a great replacement 😊 with fangy 21 speed. Started out cruising sometimes and a small amount of glugging until late when it picked up. The weed rose to the surface and left us with glass and some bombies but was so much fun. Managed to get hold a decent gust near the spit to see a 37 knot screen - very happy on a borrowed board. Casey did really well on the 8.6 and big board and my fangy 24 well done mate. Warm up for tomorrow with a better forecast and alot of more crew it will be busy...😊👍😎 Rrd 112 / 6.9m loft blade and fangy ff21.
mikewho (2720km): Boggy Lake, SA, AU. midday sail, felt fast , but iam getting slower, just sailing for fun, watch out for 4 bouy ropes up near reads east side, could be a fisning net, trousers looking fast on choppy water. and guys at boggy spit, 12 out
Retired Bogan (6747km): Boggy Lake launched from the south side. Got there early as had to leave early. Rigged 6.5 Ezzy on 95 L free/wave. Was pretty choppy even up by the reeds. Wind kicked in 15-20 + so changed down to 5.5. A few good runs and the wind dropped off so as i had to leave early decided to give it away , as expected while packing it kicked back in. Like you said Mike the body won’t do what it used to, still good to get on the water though |
