A nice 20-25 knots today and the sun came out early arvo which is always nice. Water level quite low after a few days of SSE wind.
I realised I should do an Hr attempt before I go home as I might not get another good chance. It was just nice on the IS80 and the 5.7m. I could hold 27-29 most of the time and only dropped one gybe when I tuned into a massive lull and the sail backwinded me. I got going again quickly, but that is a big dissapointment in the middle of the Hr. Very happy with the result though!
Tried a few Alphas but nothing special turned uo. I think I only did two ot three bearaways and gave up as there was nothing much there either. But doing the Hr was alot of fun and gets the little gray cells working so I enjoyed it immensely.
