Eddy (23915km):  2 categories   Port Douglas, QLD, AU. light wind session session with my wing man Andrew. 13 to 16kts. Andrew sail really well on 140 fox with big rig and was hard to catch.Yeah i guess i had a fun session on 120 Fox 7.8m no cam North rig and big fin.Fox ran sweet in a choppy sea and never put a foot wrong..Not sure what happened to my Alpha as i was doing some powered up ones out in the big pool...Didn't spent much time in the water which is always a good thing..so i guess it was worth rigging up for..Cheers Ed.. | ||||||||||||||||||
Benny McCarthy (14648km):  2 categories Holloways Beach, QLD, AU Light wind solo sesh off the mudpit on the big gear. Wind on and off, 10~15kn SSE being my guess. Had to head a fair way out to begin with to find the wind line... Was the first day out after covid isolation since Saturday before last! Didn't take long to recognise I had some brain fog & delayed reaction time on the first few runs- felt challenging to concentrate/focus. Seemed to get a little better as the sesh wore on. Still quite nice to get out on "Labour Day!" Used the Jag 125, KA 8.7, Venom 48 "Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"
