Rathies, NSW, AU. 4.7 Ezzy 1500 Fanatic. Yuk. horrible wind, all over the place. A bit of fun when the wind was consisitent for more than 5 seconds.

Albany, WA, AU.

FF79, 6.2, 20 Techtonics, then CA44, 6.2, 15 MUF

Same again another moderate easterly. Lots of fun with a great group of locals.

Great to meet Evets and Woody.

RRD 90, 5.8 Lift, FF18

All the gybe practice is starting to come together.  Thanks for the on-water sessions Waricle, Kato + Andrew and thanks to loads of other for advice (Daffy, Anita, Dave, Ronnie) - although my brain did start to get a bit overdone with all the different things I was supposed to be doing.

The universal joint paid the ultimate price of so many stacks over the last few sessions here and at Coods - failing relatively close to shore.  Apologies to kato for ruining his Hr effort when he stopped to tell me I could still sail in with it in that state with the safety webbing intact.

This might be our last sail in WA - it has been great to meet so many sailors over here and thanks to everyone for being so friendly and fun to be with.

Well done, Chopper. All that flat water is perfect for gybe practice, but it takes persistence too.

I am envious of the amount of sailing you can do. It makes progress so much easier.

Congratulations on the alpha PB Nic! I reckon they are one of the hardest .

Dryland practice can help getting muscle memory so you don't have to think about so many things once your on the water although adding water and chop always makes it harder.

Hi Andrew and Nicole, hope you're having a great time in WA and I want to hear everything about it when we meet again.

Nicole it took me 7 years,  several guy cribb clinics and many dvds to do planing jibes, so I think you are doing very well !

My tip: flip earlier and don't be scared to switch feet when the board is planing
