Tribal! 135, 7m, 38mk3 and new mast...

Almost went to mandurah this morning but had a feeling it would fade. Wind seemed to come in at lunchtime to hit the local- was going to rig 7.7m since it was super gusty wsw but decided to use the new 7m power machine again. Mint fun! A bit of a change came through and the wind clocked around to the SW- nailed a solid gust. Was a bit nervous having never been powered up on the new sail yet (only its second outing) but holy smoke it felt epic. So locked and stable in what normally would have been a battle... Yes it was powered up, but the trim was just sweet... Unexpected PB for a 38 pointer fin and with a vmax of 42kts I think thats a big board PB for me, too!  yeeeeeehar! The new toys are rocking....

Best 10sec was 39 which is not bad for Melville. Didn't get properly lit the rest of the session, hence lowish 5 x 10. One of those was my first run out in the middle of the river heading to Nedlands...
