Fun session today with the team today.
Held onto the 5.8 all day with the 80L Isonic. Was overdone in the big squals but reasonably okay every other time.
Got pretty tired at the 75km mark but dug deep to get the three digits.
Had a few big crashes gybing in the chop and broke a batten during one of them crashes. Gybing in the shallows was awsome.
I recon I did over 200 gybes. The track was super short being sandwitched between the chop and the shallows but the shallows deepend up throught the day which was nice to get some longer runs and bareaways in.
Gonna sleep well tonight.

Finally got out for a sail after work in good wind!! The wind was good once the rain clear as forecast and had a good turn out from the
team with only us out there, with a nice cold beer to finish off a nice sail.

Lack of strength and energy got me today so couldn't push hard yet. 6.4m them 5.8m 80L Short runs with a lot of gybing. I was feeling it even after 10kms in.

Big gusts to start with but got more consistent as the afternoon progressed. Southerly wind direction made gybing in the chop crazy but the gybes by the shore were magical. A lot of gybing in those 84km with short runs. Great to see the team turn out in number and see "Super Coach" back on the water with new titanium parts.

Great team effort today,its been a while since we all got together.We had the place to ourselfs.Wind was really good to start with but faded a bit as the water level rose.There was plenty of great sending by the boys to watch and cold beers to end it.
