Marmong Point, NSW, AU. 15 - 20 NE. Great to see some people out on the fins today! Bit stronger and more consistent than yesterday. Jelly’s are back and brought me unstuck a few times. Back on tomorrow!

Just a bit too strong for me to like. I can do it but not enjoy it if that makes sence. Even though I have used my 5m sail.

Formula 159 Flow 1500 Sailworks Revo 5.2

Wild sail with lots of rough water. Smaller sail than yesterday made the difference.

Lots of sheeting out but very enjoyable.

Marmong Point, NSW, AU Easterly 9-25 gusty wind. The racing catamarans put on a good show and sadly a little damage to a few of them.

went out firstly on a Maui 4.0 sail for a few ks the swapped for the little Ezzy 3.4 . Good fun but still hairy in the rough water.

Slingshot Levi 150 G 800 and 360 rear.

Pretty windy again today , 15-20+ E/N/E. Not keen on foiling with race gear in this wind, so out with the Fin Slalom gear. Really enjoyed the few runs .

Isonic 117 , Switchblade 7m , Hurricane 41. Bit bumpy for this gear ,but now I am really keen for Lake George smoothness next month.

Jimmy's Beach, nsw. The Good: it was better than not sailing
The Bad: i'm not sure if it was the kite school that ruined it for me, or just me with too high expectations.
The Ugly - the board tail-walked, i ended up with the back of my head on the mast half way up. Possibly my PB crash, and i don’t think me or kit is hurt, so it's all good 😎

Mobdog was just powered when i got there on 8.0 140ltr. Hard to judge the conditions and keen to get in the water, i went with a random pickof SLW 165ltr, 47cm sonntag carbon fin and 7.5 lion.
it was sweet, then it spat me.
Follwed by f-race 120ltr. 40cm Not bad.
Wind dropped. Went back on the SLW but with 28fangy

I knew the traffic might have made it hard today. I could have went somewhere else, and probably should again tomorrow, but rather than run, i think i'll stay and try and find peace with it all again tomorrow.

The jetski was leaving beach. My hand signal was to suggest to the skipper 'eyes port and starboard please sir' But he'd allready passed so it was pointless.

15-22kts NE Budgewoi Lake, NSW, AU level 0.3

6.5m Turbo- RS2 (90ltre) - 22 Atomic few runs

then

 6.2m OD- 80ltre isonic - 20cms Atomic ( 1st go)

 15-22kts NE level 0.3 so up 5cms

I rigged 2 combos. One for the forecast and one for what I thought was there. For once I go to use both! Undecided

I had a few runs on the bigger combo but I was too tired from yesterday to bother manhandling things.

Back out on the smaller. The first time I've used the 80 since one run last winter. You couldn't half tell. EmbarassedUndecided

There were a few times when I got it together but a lot of the time I felt like I was hanging off like a sack of spuds.

I had a couple of stacks from tiredness.. One coming in I dug my heels in too much and had the sail oversheeted. I eventually ended up doing a body drag with my boardies feeling like they were up around my ears..Laughing

Not many gybes as I was too tired. The bearaways felt very powered up and Mick said they looked fast. I was expecting 33-34kts but only mid 30's. I think it was too choppy.

Got one big gust in the chop for the 32kts.

Good wind and fun. I'm getting worn out!

Pete , Pugs , Mike , Mick , Bruce and Greg F was going out as we finished.

Thanks James.

A great team turnout.

I hope LG has some smooth Ian..I might take the waveboard in case.

Mobz looks like chaos up there. That picture of the stack looks similar to mine. Too big a fin ?

There are no boats or jetskiis where you sail at Budgy and only the occasional one out on the rest of the lake.

Sounds hectic for many of you! LG is only smooth ATM if below 15 knots. Way too full.
