Nice sail from the spit area today , 95 litre patrik slalom , 6.3mka race and new tribal delta 22cm  , nice combo in the choppy chop today made sailing a pleasure lots out today enjoying the sunshine and nice breese

Had the best fun today. Headed out and NO pain thought I’d do some gybes and I didn’t need to stop next looked and hr was starting to look good after 15mins so I had a go love doing the hr. When finished wasN’t in the mood for bare aways so kept sailing all over the spit and before I knew I’d done 72km and than did a bucket list of 100kms, I want to have no distances under 100km in my top 5 when I leave LG so ticked one of those off 6:2/62w-110/22sym

Lake George, SA, AU KA 7.5 JP109 - 24 Black project  Nice sail, did some gybe and alpha practice at the spit then went up the other end for a while.

pretty sore after that sesh.
