Lake George, SA, AU. Day1 sail1. Mecca called and I couldn’t resist. No space to keep buckets with lists around. Job pretty much done ✅. I decided no at first look - cold and bad. Glad they convinced me to try it. It was warmer and better. Just watched epic flocks of birds above the island now. Great to meet the crew here and get an introduction first day. Glad I followed Ash back out - lucky because then it got good. The kit felt good. JP SLW 165- Ezzy 65- 28ff

Very happy to go out, come back, hardly got wet and not muddied atall. Very comfy camping at 3 mile now. Your one bit of advice I liked the most Maree was that I was not try and no go speed sailing here. I agree. Stay in one piece and comfortable is good. If speed comes in that mode that’s good. But i want to go where Ash went, his run home nice 🤩
