403 days ago Lake George, SA, AU. Funny how busy it can be when it’s quiet.
First day alone and i spent half the day talking. Farmer Kev and Jamie stopped by, later another farmer Hilly with his windsurfer LT.
He didn’t stick around though, launched, came back, outta here. Said he was off toward another venue.
I experienced glass the other day as it just went dead calm and i stopped.
Today i had just enough power to go over some planning, all went quit, i was flying.
Getting bearings here is hard, another great cruise to do so.
If i had not spent so much time having tea in the sun and talking, i could have done much more. All good though.
I did first run underdone on f-race 120ltr - Ezzy 6.5 - 28ff
Then spent the rest of the time on JP SLW 165ltr - 7.5 - 28ff which was also slightly underdone but good enough enough to get me where i went.
I was hesitant to use big stuff but today i used too small, fading later.
I have a bigger sail but filmed Hilly instead of re-rigging.
