dr cam (42450km):  6 categories       Light wind day on the island in brilliant sunshine & amazing colors . Wind was mostly in the 15-20 range with the odd dip & occ spikes . Neap tides so not a lot of room for gybing errors today . Went with the Jp slalom 62 w today /tribal 20 /Evo 13 7.4 imagining it might pick up ...!! Just not quite enough wind to really fire but always fun ... Team Captain Kel made an appearance & we both sailed along side MR Jamal from Sydney . | ||||||||||||||||||

Benny McCarthy (15773km):  Holloways Beach, QLD, AU Had to settle for a beach sesh... Tried booking the GI ferry late yesterday but was told it was fully booked! So ended up having a litlle mid arvo solo squirt on the big gear around the mud pit. Conditions were pretty much as predicted- 12~16kn SE with a couple of higher gusts & lots of chop... The current dodgy back/leg issues behaved just enough to have some fun. Now waddling around like an ol' man with a walking stick... Certainly had FOMO symptoms today as the weather these past few days in FNQ has just been superb! Clear blue skies & perfect temperatures!! Just awesome!!! Used the Jag 125, Severne 7.8 M4, Venom 48 "Long May our Big Jibs Draw!"
