dr cam (41674km):  6 categories       Green island -Day 2 . Gear Fmx invictus 79 l 59 w /evo 6 5.8 tribal speed delta 20 (awesome fin !!) Then Jp slalom 62 w evo 12 6.6 tribal delta 20 . Wind was up early .30-37 knots at the Arlington tower at 6 am. There were 2 potential opportunities for flat water & wind today 630-7am / 11-1130 am . The water was unsailable at 630 -crazy chop /swell rolling in from the north /waves breaking on the rocks bordering the speed run . I gave it a shot but it was survival stuff only so elected to have some breakfast & wait . By 11 the wind had dropped to low to mid 20s so had to be content with blasting across the tip in the mid 30s ... Too much East for the speed run plus tons of current ... Learned a lot today . Lake George & Albany have spoiled me . I'll go home & watch Antman's Albany alphas video & contemplate what could have been | ||||||||||||||||||
