GPS Team Challenge - Lake Macquarie (NSW, Australia)

Yes I was lucky it was a great first session. Gear worked. Body worked. I was thinking of a plan to go into it slow this year as last year I hit the gybes hard at the start with big sail and pulled my back out. Opportunity came up for a gybe or two yesterday so I went for it and they were smooth planing on that board so that was good. Got an hour in my top 5 so that’s good too. I think the long board was a good way to glide back into it. Dunno what the wind was. A good 15kts at times. Back hand pressure going upwind was bit annoying. Definitely did a PB 100m hand drag too 🤩
