Melville Beach, WA, AU Orginally planned to stay local but the forecast down south looked too good to miss out.  I had some other errands to run down that way I'd be putting off till some puff so took the chance.  Arrived to find little to no wind and a huge pile of sailors all optimistically rigging..certainly was very flat.   Looked like a big gun cruise at best so turned straight around and went home to have a brief sail.  The dial was saying 20-25kts which was hard to believe so rigged big.  That was a mistake.  The wind was super gusty and was well overpowered in the gusts to immediately nothing, then underpowered chug fest.  Melville at its finest.   Should have come in and changed to bigger fin and smaller sail to take more advantage of the stronger gusts.  iSonic97, KAR7, FF22(18)

Great sailing at Coods. Got better the longer we stayed out there. No record breaking scores but fun sailing.

Wind took its time coming in today,nearly gave up on it after frustrating wallowing in seaweed. Came in in the end for a nice pleasent sail with the boyz. Good to see Terry and the Pointman after many months. Powerd by the 6.2 Reflex,53 Rapid,18 Delta.

Another fun day big crowd too many to name. Got down and everyone was standing around gas bagging, decided to rig the 5.7 even though it looked light. First 30min bit of a chug around but then filled in nicely. Good warm up sesh for the days ahead.
