Wind, but then no wind. The very early morning shift had heaps of wind, but big full tide and clumpiness (i.e. lumpy waves and clumps of weed). Went out just after the sandbank emerged, got in 6kms, and then the wind died. Many hopeful kiters and windsurfers had arrived by then, but alas, the wind had abated. Stood around chatting, and just when I walked out to bring in my kit, the wind returned for a reasonable session. FF114 / Maui 6.0m2 / Select 35 Carbon Wellington Point, QLD, AU
