What a carnage day for Jayden and Me. wind was up, tide was good. finally had the warp dailed in pefect thanks too Greg Kiskarpati.

Saw Jayden had a stack so was gonna check up on him then hit something hard and went over the handle bars, head straight in the luff.

Result broken mast and an another job for  Tim. Had to walk around 45 min back thru thick weed. Changed to 5.7KA and went out for another few runs. Nicole had joined us too but  wind swung to west and became gustyand water choppy so called it.

47wavewand 6.3 warp 5.7Ka-16 delta speed

Lookn forward to Nicole and Jaydens post

Not many flats on the green with a full tide but a bigger fin fixed it. Powerd by the 7.0 SCr,53 Rapid,22 Delta.

woohooo! a westerly. Not super windy- saw boz out bobbing around on and off, thought he might have been on a 5.2 so when he came in and said 6.3 I knew it was light, and went straight for the old 2016 8.7m. Still a great sail. Figured I'd see how the 110 handed it, as I've used this combo before when there was more wind and had a weedy on. Was really good! upwind in the lulls suffered a bit as expected but in the gusts and downwind it was great. Jay eventually came out, Claude, the elleries, and then Shane. Great day. Had a bit of an oopsy drag racing paul at the end. We were bearing away- he was downwind a fair way, and next thing I see the nose of his board going across mine. He didn't know I was there and changed direction to hard upwind to pinch to a buoy. I didnt see him because he was lined up with the luff pocket. *&^K I was sitting on >32kts according to my GPS track. boooom. Lying in the water "are you OK" and "not sure yet". Miracle we were OK and no gear broken. Not even a scratch. Memorable.

The mysterious objects in the water, good to hear you’re okay. I Still think it a Port Jackson or a ray, I’ve hit plenty in different location never seem to find what I’ve hit. Sent the coordinates so we will have a look nxt time down
