1st go at Valentine. I've been avoiding winging there as I thought it would be too choppy.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to stand up but as long as there is wind I seem to have that under control. I got foiling 2 x . Once was very brief and I came back down and kept going.

 The other I stayed up for about 3m . Long enough to look down and see I was foiling and feel what it was like. ( I had a witness too.. )

It started to die and become patchier and I was tired and not going as well so I called it quits. About 4 wings out plus me.

I'm hoping to get a few goes before I go to LG and hopefully stay up for a bit longer next time.

 Even non foiling this sport makes crappy conditions seem better. It would have been horrible on the fin.

 I'm finding it really hard to keep my weight on the front leg, stand upright and balance taxiing around..fin habits lingering..
