A good start to the session until rescue mode came into action with captain wadge hitting a rock and breaking a boom and no fin with big cut, got all

 gear through the bush track to the main road track for team mates pick up, than at the end of session luke broken mast and boom at the split 

sail back to cockies  grab the Van to recover luke from the split big day out.

Lake George, SA, AU great wind to start the trip the 5.5 m5 with isonic 58 20 tribal was working well but cramped up and had a crash that ended sailing for today thanks Tim for picking me over the spit

Lake George, SA,   Well thought i would take it easy first day at the lake big board    small sail well all that turned to crap when i found a reef just below the surface  i hit the reef at 51 klm/hrtore the fin out broke carbon boom, tore sail , lost a lot of blood broke elboe a lot of stitches every ware a 4 day stint in hospital (treatment by the medical staff was first class)

Interesting launch Mitchy. I  remember sailing there in the 90s and a ship coming in which made me feel very small and a bit anxious. Wildlife sounds great!
